Cancellation Policy
Golf Performance 4 Life – Lesson Booking Policy Booking Requests - When you request a lesson time online, your booking is considered a request pending approval. - Once your time is reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation email or text message from Golf Performance 4 Life. - If the requested time is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange an alternate option that fits your schedule. Payment & Confirmation - Payment is required once your booking is approved to confirm your lesson. - Lesson times are held for 24 hours after approval; if payment is not received within that window, the time may be released to another student. - Lesson packages are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. Cancellations & Rescheduling - Lessons may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice at no charge. - Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson, or failure to attend (“no-show”), will result in a full charge for the session. - In-person lessons impacted by inclement weather will be rescheduled at no additional cost. Arrival & Punctuality - Please arrive or log in on time for your scheduled session. - Late arrivals may result in a shortened lesson and will not be extended or refunded. Refunds & Transfers - All lesson purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. - Lesson credits may not be shared, transferred to another individual, or exchanged for cash. - Packages must be used within twelve (12) months of the purchase date. Professional Standards - Golf Performance 4 Life is committed to maintaining a positive, professional learning environment. - Any inappropriate behavior, language, or conduct may result in termination of the session without refund.
